Friday Round up – What a wonderful world

Seeing as how global Vegan MoFo is an all that, I thought it would be great to share some of the global cuisines we have going on across MoFoLand this Friday.

Erin, who’s in Australia, has been delighting me all through MoFo with her street food theme, her recipes are a joy to behold. Today’s food was from Turkey.

Smilla from Austria has been making Haschee Knödel mit Kraut. That’s dumplings with cabbage to us non German speaking people.

Lindsay over at The Kitchen Operas has been making her tastebuds and my cyber tummy gloriously happy whipping up Ethiopian Berbere Paste.

Nada has been creating falafel magic over on her blog One Arab Vegan with these fruity falafel burgers. Chilli, coriander, lime, mango puree and raisins AND gluten free.
