Panda With Cookie Giveaway!

Panda With Cookie Giveaway!

This summer at Vida Vegan Con I had the pleasure of finally getting to meet the woman behind Panda with Cookie and check out her adorable creations in real life, they are even cuter in person! She also told me to check out the Flavor Spot in Portland where I got a vegan breakfast sausage and maple syrup wrapped in a waffle so she will always have a special place in my heart for that!

Lisa is doing a fabulous Tofu Pirate Set giveaway for one lucky person to celebrate veganmofo! The winner will get their very own handmade tofu pirate plush

and will get to learn all about tofu pirate’s rollicking excursions in the Tofu Pirate Comic Adventure Zine of Fun where Tofu pirate has 4 mini adventures with various friends.

“Tofu Pirate in Existential Crisis” and “Tofu Pirate Memories” will make you laugh and cry and think. And mostly laugh. Guest appearances by old friends Mushroom Pirate, Tempeh Pirate and more!

To enter all you have to do is have an adventure of your own traveling to Panda’s etsy site and pick out your favorite item. Then come back here and let us all know what it is in the comments. The contest is open to anyone in the world with an address and I will pick a random winner by the stroke of midnight (CST) tonight! Please don’t forget to leave your email address.

And check out Panda’s blogs Vegans on the Move and Panda with CookieΒ for even more mofo fun.

  1. What don’t I want would be an easier question to answer, because the answer would be, nothing. (I’m allergic to dates and still bought the ballz zine.) Since I rarely order anything for myself (except delicious, precious Cheerwine cookies from her baking site), I would have to go with the Dalek apron (http://www.etsy.com/listing/72916130/red-dalek-apron-get-your-nerd-on) – it’s geeky and red and practical. If I had it, I would actually bother with wearing an apron.

  2. Adorable.
I like the “Giant Tofu Pirate Pillow Possibly for Your Couch,” but that may be because I need new pillows to put on the couch. =)

  3. Omgod!!! I ALMOST wish I was having a baby so I could dress them in a tardis onesie every day of the week!!! Do you ever put a tardis on an apron? A girl can never have too many aprons. πŸ™‚

  4. My husband would love to see our baby in the Tardis on Blue Onesie (12-18 Months). Such a unique reference to an old classic!! The Tofu Pirate is pretty awesome, too. πŸ™‚

  5. Other than the large tofu cushion that will slowly alert the world to how cool tofu is..I am loving the Asparagus, Mushroom and Tofu set (http://www.etsy.com/listing/74141011/tofu-scramble-pirate-plush-set-asparagus).

I want to buy it to give to my boyfriend….he would love them and I am pretty sure it’d encourage him to venture into the kitchen a little more often aswell!
…So that’s the anniversary present sorted!

Maybe I should get a looking at the aprons too πŸ™‚

  6. My favorite is the Red Cotton Apron with Mushroom Pirate Applique. I surprisingly do not have an apron. This is surprising because I cook a lot. And I mean A LOT. I love the red colour and the cute little mushroom. Growing up I always hated mushrooms. Except raw and dipped in ranch. When I went vegan I decided to try them again and fell in LOVE. I can’t get enough! every kind! Steamed, baked, roasted, on pizza, in pasta, chili, stuffed, whatever way I can get them!

  7. Oh, I wish those pirate squids came in adult sizes! Since I didn’t see any, I’ll have to vote for the amazing big pirate tofu pillow. Cute!

  8. *gasp* I have to pick a favorite? I guess it has to be the large purple pirate monster. I got one for my birthday a couple years ago and it’s sooooooo snuggly and perfect.

  9. it’s gotta be the dalek onesie. i’m having a baby next month so i’m ordering one asap! i bet my husband is going to like it even more than he likes the kid.

  10. Hey!
wow, a difficult choice! I liked the plush tofu pirate cushion immediately and the panda with cookie is also too cute… But my favorite is the black apron with tofu pirate patch! πŸ™‚
    cheers!

  11. I swear I that I actually visited the site to browse, and I fell in love with many things. But I still love the pirate tofu pillow the best! Thanks for the giveaway!

  12. So difficult! I love all the onesies (the one with the panda, the tardis, the dalek…), they’re extremely cute! But I’m far from having a child, so I’m going to choose something for me. I’ve been looking for an apron for a while now and when I saw the red one with the dalek I fell in love with it! The colour is soooooo beautiful and I’m a DW fan – it’s perfect. http://www.etsy.com/listing/72916130/red-dalek-apron-get-your-nerd-on

  13. My favorite thing is The Pirate Carrot Catnip Toy. Because my zombie cats eat plants after all… πŸ˜‰ And I also equally love the Candy Corn Pirate Monster, I’ve been wanting to make my furry kids a candy corn toy for a while now, but I’m kind of sewing impaired.

  14. Would have been no problem is I had any little ones – anything Tardis. But other than that the Panda with Cookie tote bag – can you have too many tote bags??

  15. I love the Tofu Pirate tote bag! (And of course the Tofu Pirate pillow…the pic with the momma and the baby pillows is kinda too cute for words.)

  16. I love the Tom Servo Apron! I was a huge MST3000 fan and actually shared it with my son, who is now 21 and also a huge fan! I saw it and added it to my favorite things. I hope to buy it in the future because I can’t think of a cooler apron than one with Tom Servo. He knows everything and will have a funny, sarcastic, running dialog of my efforts in the kitchen. Most of my cooking efforts are funny on their own, but having Tom along will help me see that they are funny! In Austin, where I live, our Alamo Drafthouse has a Master Pancake Theater where two talented men comment their way through corny movies MST 3000 style. It is a must see if you ever come to Austin!
Tom Servo for President! If the machine do rise up against us at some point, I hope Tom Servo is my boss! πŸ™‚ Thanks for the link to the wonderful etsy site!

  17. I don’t wanna enter the giveaway and ruin someone’s chances of winning one of these if they have a kid, but I had to comment on all the awesome nerd love runnin’ around here. Staring with Heather, there’s a whole lotta representin’ goin on for the Doctor and it does this ol’ nerd proud!
Now, what’s really weird is that I’m just now working on tomorrow’s post and it’s featuring… yep, Daleks! IRONY!!

  18. I love the plush asparagus pirate, because a) it’s adorable, and b) it’s hilarious when your brain is PPK auto-filtered.

But I think my dog would like the tofu pirate best. He loves things that he can use as pillows, and he really loves adventure buddies.

  19. Oh My Goodness….. how did I not know about these cute creations…..
I would have to say the – “Giant Tofu Pirate Pillow Possibly for Your Couch” is my favorite, it looks snuggley, I could see me and Tofu Pirate snuggled up watching movies together!

  20. So cute!! If the tofu apron had a pocket on the front it would be my top choice….my second choice is the pirate carrot catnip toy πŸ™‚

  21. I’ve seen Panda with Cookie before! I covet so many things but my favorite is the brown onesie with the pink quid wearing an eye patch. It would look so great on my nephew.

  22. It’s hard to pick one item, but I’m going to choose the Plush Mushroom Pirate. I love mushrooms and it reminds me of the plush “food with faces” toys I had growing up!

  23. I don’t need to enter the giveaway, but I want to post my love for all things Panda: it’s a toss-up between the asparagus pirate, the tofu pirate sofa pillow, the monster fridge magnets, and the monster ornaments. My home is panda-fied and I couldn’t be more pleased about it.

  24. Hello there , I do think that is a superb weblog. I stumbled on it on Yahoo , i’ll arrive again as soon as once more. Funds and independence may be the very best approach to modify, may possibly you be wealthy and aid others.

  25. I experimented with viewing your site on my new iphone 4 and the structure doesnt seem to be right. Might want to check it out on WAP as well as it seems most mobile phone layouts are not really working with your website.
