2012 Vegan MoFo RSS Bundles

This year we’ve put our bundles into categories for those of you who are gluten free, soy free, raw, into healthy whole foods, or who just want some comfort food. Google seems to have some sort of limit set for the number of feeds allowed in a bundle now, so we’ve had to stick to categories and aren’t able to create a bundle containing all of the feeds.

Below are links to Google Reader bundles. They contain a “subscribe” button which will take you to your Google Reader page (you may have to log in) where you can choose to subscribe to all of the feeds in a category at once. This will create a separate folder in your subscriptions list, containing all the feeds in the bundle.

The second option is a little more technical. You’ll need to do this if you use a feed reader other than Google Reader. Don’t worry – it’s not scary! Most feed readers have the option of importing blog feeds, but they need to be in what’s called an OPML file.

We have included links to OPML files as well. If you go to the links above, just click on the “OPML file” link on the right side. Clicking the link will open a page, which you can save to your computer. Usually you can just hit “Ctrl+S” and save it where you like.

You now have a .xml file of the mofo blogs. Go to your reader of choice and follow its instructions for importing blogs. It should ask you to select a file…that’s the VeganMoFo file you saved! There are a lot of blogs in the complete list, so it may take your reader a few minutes to import them all.

Happy reading!

My blog is in the list but i don’t think it is in any of the feeds. I thought it should be in “other” but I don’t see it. Is it too late? Or am i looking in the wrong place?

My feed also didn’t make it into the bundles. Is it possible to be added to the healthy, whole food category?

I don’t see my feed in the feed list, but I do see it on the blogroll. How do I get added to the feed?

    Thanks!

“the entire MoFo blogroll in one package” link takes me to something non-MoFo-y

Every post contains cheese. The vegetable-centeric kitchen is not vegan.

Could mine be added to the “Other Vegan MoFo Blogs” category? Thank you!!!
